And what if the Roussillon light, the charm of Porquerolles or the colors of Balagne added a particular flavour to the dishes we prepare there? What if they were the magic ingredients of an already exceptional recipe? This is the idea put forward by this series. Gathered around a family recipe, each one of the 13 chefs we are meeting makes us discover the spots and the sceneries, which mean a lot to them.
